Goats' cheese and red pepper cheesecake

Goat's Cheese and Red Pepper Cheesecake and Monterey Jack and Cajun Pepper Fondue are two new frozen vegetarian products from Brakes.

The cheesecake is described as a savoury tart and comes in 12 individual portions per pack. It has a base made with Cheddar cheese, spring onion and black olives and a topping of goats' cheese and diced red peppers.

Monterey Jack and Cajun Pepper Fondue is a blend of Monterey Jack cheese, red peppers and Cajun spices and comes in 100g portions in packs of 12.
