Brakes has expanded its frozen poultry lines with Premiere Chicken Jambonettes and Chicken Skewers.
The Premiere Chicken Jambonette is a deboned and Red Tractor-certified British half-chicken with drumstick still intact and hand-formed into a pear shape for roasting.
Intended as a light bite, the Chicken Skewers are supplied in packs of 30 and consist of chicken pieces with fresh green pepper and onion on metal skewers. They can be marinated or cooked as they are on a BBQ.
Brakes has also added Healthier Choices Pork Loin Steaks and Hot and Spicy Chicken Breast portions, both coated in its low-fat non-fry breadcrumb called Smartcrumb.
The boneless pork loins are available in 57g or 90g portions in packs of 20. The Hot and Spicy Chicken Breasts are skinless, boneless chicken breasts coated in a mildly spiced marinade, available in 90g portions in packs of 20.
