Two new snacks have joined the Authentic Food Company's European range: Tomato and Mozzarella and Goat's Cheese and Spinach parcels.
The Tomato and Mozzarella parcel is filled with mozzarella, tomatoes, red onions and basil wrapped in a light, crisp pastry. The Goat's Cheese and Spinach Parcel consists of goats' cheese and spinach, also wrapped in a crisp pastry.
Both parcels are packed 40 x 30g and can be cooked from frozen for 3-4 minutes in hot oil (170°C) until golden brown.
The vegetarian parcels can be served as light bites individually or as part of a sharing platter.
