Debailleul Rivoli

Two new desserts by Debailleul have been added to Town & Country Foods' catalogue to complement caterers' summer menus.

The Debailleul is a raspberry mousse on a raspberry biscuit (80g) and Rivoli is a passion fruit mousse on a raspberry biscuit (80g).

Handmade and traditionally prepared in Debailleul's pastry kitchen in Brussels, the desserts do not need stabilisers and are blast frozen and sold in trays of 10.

Also available are Honeybun's individually-wrapped frozen cakes, which come in the following flavours: Cranberry and Pecan 35g (buttery flapjack with pecans, cranberries and maple syrup); Coppice Mini Cake 35g (gluten-free hazelnut, chocolate and cranberry sponge) and Heathcliffe Brownie Mini 40g (gluten-free dark chocolate brownie with orange flavouring).
