Based on its best-selling six-burner oven, the new Parry P4BO four-burner hob and oven is designed for use in smaller establishments or where space is at premium.
The unit is made of high-quality 403 stainless steel and measures 600mm wide x 805mm deep with castors as standard. The burners are 5.77kW each while the ovenÕs output is 3.7kW.
The oven has a side-hinged door and the oven panels and flu top are enamelled to withstand heat and for ease of cleaning.
Available in natural or propane gas and backed by a one-year on-site warranty, the list price is £1,795.
