Exclusive Ranges has added another name to its portfolio with the UK introduction of the Gico range of modular cooking systems.

A series of gas ranges from the Italian Gico 900 series is available in four-, six- and eight-burner configurations.

Double crown burners on the ranges provide the best mix of gas and air with an output of 60% and a maximum power of 6.55kW. The company forecasts an energy saving of between 12% and 15%. The special grid design allows flexibility for both large and small pans.

The working tops are 60mm high with a rounded front profile that is compatible with the Gico 96 series. The units can be positioned as a central station, working both sides, or can be cantilevered. A series of accessories is also available to make overhead cooking units that are compatible with the Gico 700 range.
