Burco, best known for its small pieces of commercial catering equipment such as stainless steel grills, toasters and boilers, has entered the medium-duty cooking arena with the introduction of the Burco Titan range cooker built by Glen Dimplex Professional Appliances at its factory in the North-west of England.
The Titan has six 6.1kW gas burners in a single-piece pressed stainless grade 304 hob and a 2/1 gastronorm 9.0kW oven with Piezo ignition.
It was designed with easy cleaning in mind with an easy-to-remove hotplate and a removable, enameled oven cavity base.
Other features include thermostatic controls, two chrome heavy-duty shelves with four positions and safety shelf-stops. The list price is £1,800.
