Hotelier Tim Hassell, co-owner and general manager of the Ilsington Country House hotel in Dartmoor National Park, has been co-opted on to the leadership group of the new South West Tourism Alliance. Hassell has also joined the South-west board of Hospitality Action, the trade charity for the hospitality industry, and been awarded membership as a Master Innholder. He is in his final year as chairman of the BHA for the South-west.
