Tracey Ractliffe has been appointed sales director for Menzies Hotels, the 16-strong collection of UK hotels. She will be responsible for driving sales across the portfolio of properties, which includes Menzies Carlton in Bournemouth and Menzies Glasgow hotel. Ractliffe joins from Heythrop Park Resort where she was director of sales and revenue. Prior to that she was with Principal Hayley.
