Education caterer Alliance in Partnership (AiP) has appointed two new general managers to support company growth. Louise Parkins (above left) and Simon Archer (right) have taken on the new roles from their previous positions of AiP operations managers. Parkins is general manager for the west, covering Birmingham, Worcestershire, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, while Archer will look after the east, which includes Warwickshire, Wolverhampton, Buckinghamshire and London.
