Brut Millésime 2000 is the newest vintage from Champagne Montaudon, one of the few remaining family-owned Champagne houses.
The rich, smooth, pale-gold drink is a mix of 53% Chardonnay and 47% Pinot Noir grapes and is characterised by pear and peach notes and an aroma of hot brioche, bread and candied fruit.
The brand combines ancient tradition with modern production techniques and still uses the original 17th-century press on the estate.
