Outdoor caterers are natural customers for the pouched versions of the Original range of wines from Arniston Bay, South Africa's fourth biggest-selling brand.
The existing 1.5-litre pouch has now been joined by 250ml and three-litre sizes. The resealable pouches chill quickly, are unbreakable and flatten after use to reduce waste.
They are of especial benefit at events where consumers are not allowed to bring in glass. The line-up of wines includes a Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz, an AB Chenin Chardonnay and an AB Rosé.
Also new are six extensions to the Arniston Bay Reserve range of wines. Made by winemaker Nicky Versfeld, they include a Barrel Fermented Chenin Blanc, Barrel Fermented Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, Pinotage, and Cabernet.
All are available in 75cl bottles with screwcaps.
