Death by Burrito to open in Shoreditch

A new Mexican grill and cocktail bar concept is set to open in east London this summer, with the launch of Death by Burrito at the Catch bar in Shoreditch.

Opening in early September, it is a new venture from Shay Ola of the Rebel Dining Society in conjunction with mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana.

Dishes will include braised pork belly burritos and Baja fish tacos with guacamole and blue corn chips, lobster ceviche, grilled octopus and Poblano crêpes.

Ola commented: "We're really excited to be launching Death By Burrito and have been working hard to explore the relationship between food and cocktails. The complex flavour of Jose Cuervo Tradicional has given us infinite flavour pairing combinations to play with.

"We've always wanted to find a way to bring the Rebel Dining Society experience to a wider audience and think that with Death By Burrito we've cracked it."
