Eurak's smoked chilli sauces

Last year saw the launch of Eureka Foods' Chilli Essentials range of hot sauces that are now available throughout the UK.
Eureka prides itself on being a specialist in the chilli sauce market, having travelled the world to compare numerous traditional local dishes in which chilli is an ingredient. The range of sauces offers three unique recipes that reflect the essential flavours of the regions which inspired them.

While they are international in flavour, all the sauces are produced in the UK, using the freshest and finest ingredients - no GM-derived ingredients, artificial flavourings or preservatives and no dried chilli powder.

All three flavours - Caribbean Hot Pepper Sauce, South American Smoked Chilli Sauce and Asia's Finest Chilli sauce - are ambient and have a shelf life of two years.
