
Established in 1977, Simtom supplies the catering industry throughout the UK and worldwide with cooking sauces, curry pastes and concentrates, pickles, chutneys and chilli sauces. The majority of Simtom's products are now approved by the Vegetarian Society.
Brinjal Pickle is a distinctly sweet pickle made from brinjal (aubergines) and flavoured with Indian spices; Sweet Lime Pickle consists of sun-dried chunks of lime in a tangy sweet pickle base; and Gor Keri Sweet Mango Pickle is a traditional Indian mango pickle with a spicy flavour.
