The HCIMA has launched a free guide designed to help UK restaurateurs save as much as 40% on their energy bills.
The Hospitable Climates brochure, backed by the British Hospitality Association, outlines the benefits of the Government-backed energy efficiency programme.
Since its launch in 2000, the HCIMA believes the programme has saved the 4,000 participants more than £14m on their energy bills.
