The Devonshire Arms hotel near Chatsworth House, Baslow, has been sold for the asking price of £180,000.
The Derbyshire hotel was sold on behalf of Chris Gregory to Paul and Joanne Kaczmarek.
As well as a main bar area, the property features 12 en-suite rooms, a restaurant, games room and Chatsworth Suite function room.
The sale, through Nottingham based agents Davey & Co, took 11 weeks to complete.
