Product 'Trend lead' range of frozen, bite-sized seafood products

USP The six-strong line of seafood snacks - many of them Marine Stewardship Council-approved - tick all the boxes for meeting consumer demand for sharing platters, all-day grazing, ethnic cuisines and sustainability. All have a fast freezer-to-table time.

Small bites A turmeric- and parsley-infused batter unites the Mini Mexican Fishcakes (a mix of king prawns, sustainable hake, green peppers, rosti potato, spices and lime sold in 48 x 26g packs) and the Paella Fishcake combination of calamari, prawns, chorizo, peppers and rice (24 x 57g). The Caribbean-inspired Spiced Fish Pattie (48 x 70g) contains Cornish whiting, haddock, spring onions, herbs, and spices in a rustic coconut crumb.

Big bites include Lemon & Black Cracked Pepper Breaded Scallops (2kg bags), Salt & Vinegar MSC Hake Bites in a crispy breadcrumb (10 x 454g) and Seeded (MSC Accredited) Mackerel Bites (10 x 454g) of British mackerel coated in poppy, quinoa and golden linseeds.
