Product Four new Organic Fairtrade Herbs
USP This is a claimed first to market for Bart Spices, which gained Soil Association accreditation for many of its lines in early 2011, having built up its Fairtrade catalogue to 19 products since 2005.
Details Three of the four new flavours come in larger tubs that are suitable for caterers - basil (48g), thyme (60g) and mint (60g). The fourth flavour, marjoram, is sold in smaller glass bottles, as will five new organic Fairtrade products (parsley, sage, fennel seed, mace and rosemary) due to follow in November.
