Details Relaunched after a successful trial in the food service market last Christmas, the 100% natural, skin-on butterflies are individually wrapped and vacuum packed. They are ideal for festive dinners, banquets, buffets and Christmas carvery menus.
How supplied Fresh (or frozen on request) in boxes of 4 x 4kg. Each 4kg portion feeds between 35 and 50 people.
