Range The three fridges and three freezers both come in single- and double-door versions. Single-door models are available in two sizes to fit the tightest spaces, each with a 150-litre capacity and two 1/1 GN shelves as standard. Two-door versions have a 300-litre cabinet and four 1/1 GN shelves.
Features include stainless steel interiors and exteriors, high ambient (43oC) refrigerator systems, iCool energy-saving controllers and Envirofoam insulation (with hydrocarbon versions also available). Optional open ingredient wells convert the refrigerators into prep stations and all versions can be supplied as VT (variable temperature) cabinets that can be switched between chilled and frozen modes at the touch of a button.
