Product Gyrocrepe pancake maker
USP This compact, state-of-the-art crêpe machine from French manufacturer Gyrdis can produce up to 180 freshly-cooked, authentic French crêpes per hour. Caterers can expect to make margins of about 90% on the pancakes, which have a maximum diameter of 36cm.
Details The crêpe maker comprises a stainless steel and aluminium frame, a cast-iron circular hotplate that rotates while it cooks, an electronic timer and a temperature regulator. Caterers simply add batter to the dispenser and the machine does the rest, making and stacking the pancakes at a rate of one per 20 seconds.
