Vicky Hetherington has joined Macdonald Hotels & Resorts as national account director north for the corporate and agent market. Based in the North-west, Hetherington was previously national account director at Ramada Hotels. She has also held various national hotel account management and agency sales roles with the likes of IHG, Hilton and DeVere Village.
