Novelli in at Les Saveurs

Jean-Christophe Novelli has taken over the management of Les Saveurs in London's Mayfair. The project is a partnership with Rocco Forte's RF Hotels, which bought Les Saveurs from Marco Pierre White in April.
Novelli confirmed that he has signed a contract to pay 10% of turnover or a minimum of £100,000 a year, whichever is the greater. The lease is for five years.
The restaurant, which will be known as Les Saveurs de Jean-Christophe Novelli, is the sixth in the Novelli Group.
