Event caterer Red Snapper Events has won the contract to cater for London Fashion Week next February.
The company, which handled the catering at six food and beverage outlets at this year's event at the end of September, has secured the deal for when the fashion industry next descends on London in February.
The contract runs alongside Rouge Events, which handles the catering operations, such as staffing, leaving the caterer to look after all menu development, food production and delivery of food.
It also involves catering for some after-show parties and corporate hospitality, as well as providing a full three-course menu at the event's 80-cover restaurant. This year, Red Snapper also catered for 1,000 guests of Moët & Chandon, and John Rocha's post-fashion show party.
