London hotels boosted revenue per available room (revpar) by 20.5% in the week ending 26 November, according to figures from hotel benchmarking service The Bench.
Revpar climbed to £111.57, up from £92.59 during the equivalent week last year.
Occupancy grew by 5.7 percentage points to 84.7% while average room rate increased by 12.4% to £131.65, up from £117.07 in the corresponding week of 2005.
