Smoothie bar operator Crussh has become the latest hospitality company to sign up for the redevelopment of iconic 1960’s London landmark the Brunswick Centre.
Crussh will open its 16th bar at the Grade-II listed building in Bloomsbury, off Russell Square, on 8 January 2007.
It is the group’s fourth new branch to open in less than nine months.
Recent openings have included Eastcastle Street, Rathbone Place and the Strand, all in London’s West End.
Chris Fung, managing director of Crussh, said: “Securing such a prime spot within the Brunswick is great news for us.”
Other hospitality operators in the mix at the Brunswick include Yo! Sushi, Italian chain Strada, kid-friendly Giraffe and coffee giant Starbucks.
