Gram wants your input for its 2010 Green Paper

Refrigeration supplier Gram is inviting caterers from all food service channels to get involved in the 2010 Gram Green Paper, due to be published early next year.

Gram's inaugural Green Paper in 2008 offered insight and statistical information on operators' attitudes towards what it means to be green, and the implementation of greener practices in the workplace.

Besides revisiting many of the findings brought to light by the 2008 paper, the 2010 edition will look at operators' understanding of resources such as the Energy Technology List and how the desire to be greener has been affected by the economic climate.

To take part, complete the online questionnaire at www.gogreenwithgram.co.uk/greenpaper2010.
