The programmable Baby Combi, the 4 x 2/3 gastronorm FM423, is suitable for smaller operations and incorporates a washing system and a food probe.
The upgraded control board on the 1/1 and 2/1 gastronorm combis give greater scope and flexibility to chefs, who can now change the fan speed for better results, carry out their own smoking with the new optional combi smoker, and set two different core temperatures by adding a second core probe.
The ovens all feature a washing system that runs from basic on level one to fully automatic on level three, which saves time and prolongs the life of the appliances.
