Southover free-range bacon British-sourced free-range pork is traditionally oak-smoked at Southover's East Sussex premises.

The quality of the cooked smoked back bacon as an alternative to raw bacon was commended when it scooped the category award for Meat, Game, Poultry and Fish at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Excellence in Food and Drink Awards 2007 (in association with 3663).

The bacon is supplied in 1kg packs.
