Small, independent hotels are the target of the new V8 PMS (property management system) that Micros Fidelio is launching at Hostec.
V8 combines solutions for front office, customer relationship management (CRM), catering management, store management and electronic distribution channels.
There are two versions - the customisable Small Business Edition and the more comprehensive Professional Edition that adds in a conference and catering management module.
