Genesis private mobile network from CST - Hostec

Genesis GSM is an internal communication system from CST that provides hotels with a private mobile network that will slash both mobile phone costs and staff training because it uses employees' own mobile phones.

It transforms conventional mobile phones into all-in-one devices (text and SMS pager, DECT phone and alarm alert) within the company premises, while they continue to operate as conventional phones outside.

The system - which uses the company PBX switchboard and automatically routes calls for the lowest cost - provides managers with tight control on call charges for staff, with no cost for calls made and received within the building.

Managers can choose to control all the mobiles on site with the Genesis communications management system, using a single set of contacts or speed-dial lists.
