Rungis Marché International dried range

Foie gras accompanied by dried fruits, fruit chutneys and truffles is one of the latest food trends anticipated by Rungis Marché International.

The French producer is presenting a selection of its traditional products, including its dry ham made from Bigorre black pigs bred in the southern French Pyrénées by the Bonomelli family.

Other products from Rungus Marché International include snail caviar and king crab.
