Pasticceria Loison Panettone Loaf

The Loison Panettone Loaf from iB Food will be available for tasting. Made using artisan methods of production, the Pasticceria Loison Panettone Loaf is made using vanilla from the Mananara province of Madagascar, mandarins from Ciaculli in Sicily, chinotto fruit juice from Savona in Italy, and pistachio from Bronte in Sicily.

Customers can also buy prepacked slices to serve as an accompaniment to tea or coffee, or as a snack for customers to take away.

The Loison Panettone comes in the shape of a bread loaf and weighs 1.2kg, while the pre-wrapped 80g panettone slice is supplied in cartons of 32 with a sixmonth shelf life.
