Italian manufacturer Victoria Arduino will present the Adonis traditional espresso machine to the UK market. The handmade espresso machine is easy to use and suitable for all outlets, the company claims.
Also at the show will be the second-generation Swiss-manufactured Black & White coffee machine, featuring an enlarged brewing chamber to produce a range of espresso-based drinks.
Other features include espresso consistency control, a touch-screen with LCD display, a facility for foil-wrapped portion pods, and a barista-friendly single steam wand with temperature control.
The machine is lower in height than other models, for better customer interaction, while an enlarged bean hopper with cooling fans assists with coffee bean quality control.
