Savarin silicon moulds

Savarin is a new line of professional moulds made from liquid silicone by Italian producer Silikomart.

Because the material can resist temperatures between -60°C and 230°C, the moulds - which are FDS- and CE-compliant - can be used in ovens, microwaves, fridges and freezers without altering the taste of the food.

Savarin moulds feature an innovative cavity that allows caterers to customise their creations with toppings, fruit or candy.

There are five shapes - Square, Oval, the rectangular Lingotto, the conic Volcano and the heart-shaped Passion - available in the three sizes of 16ml, 45ml and 72ml.
