The rugged CL50 vegetable preparation workhorse from Robot Coupe has a new stablemate this year that offers new cuts of fruit and vegetables.

The new CL50 Gourmet extends the current range of 49 discs by five additions, including three brunoise dicing discs available in 2mm, 3mm and 4mm sizes for creating fine garnishes and speedy vegetable stocks, and two waffle discs in 4mm and 6mm cuts.
