Josper hornos brasa

New to the UK from Jestic is the charcoal-fired oven grill (or hornos brasa), which has been made by Spanish company Josper for the past 30 years to offer rapid cooking with no loss of flavour.

Available in eight styles in three sizes and a wide range of colours, the oven is fired by coals that are spread across the base, while the air vent at the bottom is closed to prevent the coal burning out and to control the oven temperature.

One or two grates are inserted as cooking platforms, which provide two heights and four cooking zones.
