Rösle 's Versalid bowl and lid

More than 200 new German-engineered Rösle kitchen tools and utensils will be shown for the first time on the Haus Marketing and Distribution stand this year, including a garlic press with a special leverage mechanism that requires minimum effort, even on unpeeled cloves, and an upward-swinging sieve for easy cleaning.

The new Versalid bowl and lid is designed to prepare, marinate, defrost, store and serve at the table. The stainless-steel bowl - available in 1.1-, 2.3- and four-litre capacities - has an asymmetrical rim for the drip-free pouring of thick and thin liquids and a pressure valve that can be set for ventilation or to seal the bowl for transportation.

The new line-up also embraces a gourmet thermometer; a conical chinois strainer to press through the final pieces of food for soups into narrow containers; and food cups in 20cm, 15cm and 10cm diameters for buffets, parties and finger foods.
