Steam-Max Rapid Steamer

New to the UK, the Hatco Steam-Max Rapid Steamer has been designed as a cost-effective way of steaming, warming and holding a variety of foods without losing moisture or sacrificing taste.

Its compact dimensions make it equally suitable for kiosks, quick-service restaurants, schools and restaurants.

The self-contained one-litre water tank takes just two minutes to turn cold water into high-temperature steam and provides 90 minutes of continuous steaming.

Caterers can use the system to steam fresh seafood and vegetables; warm rice, soups and sauces; and hold meats. The unit requires no water connection and can accommodate double-stacking.
