Trendy is the name of a four-strong range of electronic catering urns that will be shown by Dubai-based Backerson.
The 3,000W stainless-steel machines all feature microprocessor-controlled functions such as electronic water level control; intermittent beeps to warn of a drop in water level; incessant beeps to signal a complete water drain-off; and LED displays to indicate if the machines are in ready or standby modes.
Available in 4.5-, 15-, 25- and 35-litre capacities, the boilers incorporate wide, flat-top concealed stainless-steel elements and dripless two-way metallic faucets.
