There won't be a solid product in sight on the Apuro stand - it has so many new lines that it has opted to display them in a gallery format with graphic displays, video screens and a bar-lounge area where visitors can discuss the additions.
Pizzas are the focus of several newcomers to the Ital range, which includes single and double pizza ovens that reach temperatures between 330°C and 400°C and an Ital pizza griddle. The new 1,000W Vetrinetta counter-top display is a stainless steel and glass heated cupboard with three round gridded shelves for holding pizzas.
Other new lines include a brioche display cabinet in hot and ambient versions for coffee shops; a small 1,550W contact grill; three different entry-level Cicione stick blenders for whipping up small batches of smoothies, soups and sauces; and a new range of LEC refrigeration units that includes bottle coolers and fridges.
