Byron to open Cambridge site in March

Burger restaurant chain Byron is set to open a new site in Cambridge in March 2013.
The Gondola-owned group currently only has two sites outside of London, in Oxford, and at the Bluewater shopping centre in Kent.
It has 25 in London, with two more sites planned for Cowcross Street and the Finchley 02 Centre.
The menu at the new Cambridge venue is expected to follow the usual Byron model.
Recently there has been speculation that Gondola, which also owns the Pizza Express and ASK brands, for up to £100m.
