Health club operator Fitness Express is getting ready to celebrate the launch of its first investment venture at Cambridge Quy Mill hotel.

Fitness Express and the 36-bedroom hotel at Stow-Cum-Quy in Cambridgeshire have spent more than £1m on building a health and leisure club. Due to open at the end of next month, it will feature a swimming pool, gym, steam room, spa and sauna. It will be managed and marketed by Fitness Express staff working alongside the Cambridge Quy Mill management team.

  • Fitness Express has also begun building work on a leisure club at Old Hall in Caister-on-Sea, near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. The club is being built at a cost of £750,000 and is due to be completed in December.
