Squid, stroganoff and brochettes from Brakes

Lightly flour-dusted squid has been added to Brakes' frozen foods along with a Four Mushroom Stroganoff and Tomato and Ricotta Buffet Brochettes.

The squid rings and tentacles, which are supplied in 500g cases containing 30-40 pieces, can be deep-fried in three minutes from frozen and served as a tapas dish or starter.

The Four Mushroom Stroganoff is made from exotic mushrooms cooked in a creamy brandy and smoked paprika sauce with gherkins and is available in packs of 12 (350g).

The Tomato and Ricotta Buffet Brochettes - tomato and ricotta cheese skewers marinated with aromatic herbs - can be heated for six to eight minutes at 230øC and are available in packs of eight (60g).
