Medium-spiced Kashmiri Lamb Kofta Curry has been added to the Authentic Food Company's 20-strong Indian main course range.
The dish contains five lamb meatballs cooked in a rich onion and tomato sauce with spinach, cumin, coriander and fenugreek. The curry is also tempered with mustard seeds and coconut.
