Rabbity-shaped carrots with peas and sweetcorn

Encouraging young children to eat vegetables is often a tricky task, which is why Brakes offers frozen rabbit-shaped sliced carrots along with peas and sweet corn in 2.5kg packs.

It has also developed a "Smart Crumb" to coat its fish and nugget products. Loaves of bread are freshly baked, shredded and dried with no preservatives. Natural colours, rapeseed oil and sunflower oil are added to the crumbs.

Most of the range is available in two sizes, including fishcakes, mini coated fish fillets, fish fingers and nuggets, mackerel fishcakes and whitefish tiddlers.

Brakes offers an additional Healthier Choices range, including reduced-salt and -fat American Seasoned Beefburgers with a 4in unseeded burger bun; Potato Waffles lightly coated in breadcrumbs and ready to oven-bake from frozen; Spaghetti Rings in Tomato Sauce containing 30% less added sugar than standard spaghetti rings, and available in 2.58kg packs; Crispy Crumb Vegetable Burgers (57g) made from a seasoned mix of vegetables and potato and coated in breadcrumbs, available in packs of 30.

Also in the range are Cheese and Tomato pizzas (520g) with tomato sauce and grated cheese, supplied in packs of two.
