Schools can now offer hot wraps from Rollover with a BBQ Chicken Wrap and a Chicken Tikka Wrap as the company extends its Wrappas range (which, it says, are within the new Government nutrition guidelines for schools which come into force in September).

Wrappas is a branded hot wraps concept supported by point-of-sale and free-on-loan equipment if required. Chicken content is a 55g steam cooked chicken breast delivered frozen.

The bread is Lebanese kiln-fired bread which is thicker and more pliable than standard wrap bread, meaning it won't split or leak.

The two accompanying ambient sauces have been developed specifically for schools - a mild Tikka sauce and a Smokey BBQ sauce. A completed wrap contains fewer than 200 calories.
