The Recipere range of mixes from Kerry Foodservice supplies caterers with classic bouillon mixes, gravy and sauce bases, including a traditional béchamel and demi-glace mix, as well as a lightly spiced curry sauce mix.

The company says it has worked hard to improve its Recipere bouillon, gravy and sauce mixes in keeping with health concerns and industry demands and that they're now all free from hydrogenated vegetable oils and MSGs, contain no artificial colours and flavours, and meet the FSA salt guidelines for 2010.

The range of béchamel, demi-glace, curry sauce mixes and gravy granules and are all available in 2kg packs. The bouillon mixes are also packed in 2kg tubs, and are available in lamb, beef, chicken and vegetable flavours.
