Eleven varieties within the Unilever Foodservice Knorr 100% soup range meet the UK Food Standards Agency 2010 salt reduction targets and target nutrition standards for soups in schools, and eight varieties provide a portion (80g) of fruit and vegetables per serving.

The brand's Gravy Mix and its Fine Gravy Granules both meet FSA target nutrition standards for gravies used in school meals and contain less than 0.8g salt per 100ml prepared. They are low in fat, contain no added MSG, added artificial colours or preservatives and are suitable for gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian and vegan diets.

Five flavours in the Knorr Standard Sauces dehydrated range portfolio have improved flavour. B‚chamel, Demi-Glace, Cheese, Curry and Bolognese meet the FSA 2010 salt reduction targets for sauces.

The Knorr Patak Indian range of sauces has been reformulated so that they all meet the salt reduction targets and are suitable for vegetarians and a gluten-free diet. The Low Fat Tikka Masala (less than 1% fat) meets the FSA target nutrition standards for sauces used in school meals.
